- All products should be returned in an undamaged condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.
- Once the product is received and verified by one of our team members, you will receive an email confirming that your exchange has been accepted.
- Exchange are not applicable to customers outside India.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Customised rugs cannot be exchanged.

In case we do not offer a free exchange service at your location, you can send the product via any courier service and share the receipt with us at returns@houseofknots.com We will refund the full transit amount paid by you to your House of Knots wallet.
House of Knots will not be responsible for any damage caused to the merchandise during transit.
