  • When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of placing the order

  • How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling us on +91 87992 98669 or email us at - concierge@houseofknots.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.




LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY AND GUIDELINES

 

At House of Knots, we aspire to build a long-lasting relationship with our patrons. Our team understands the value of trust and reliability which has brought us to the provision of a lifetime warranty on every rug that we offer.

Our products covered by this warranty apply to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions identified below:

  1. This warranty applies to all Hand-knotted Rugs only.
  2. The warranty does not apply to Hand-tufted, Handloom & Accessories. 
  3. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. 
  4. Minor imperfections may be noticed. They are not defects but the proof of quality craftmanship.
  5. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. 
  6. If your product covered in this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without any charge just you have to ship the product to our warranty department. Only unaltered and unmodified items with original workmanship are covered.
  7. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for shipping as well.
