Do the pictures represent true colours of the rugs?

Yes, the pictures are identical to the products. However, colours may vary when viewed on different screens because of different screen types and resolutions. You can reach us at +91 88588 88669 or shop@houseofknots.com to enquire about more pictures.
How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive confirmations via email and text message. We will also notify you via email with the tracking details and Invoice of your order once the product is shipped.
How to exchange any product?

If you wish to exchange the product, write to us at exchange@houseofknots.com.
Do mention your order number and contact number in the email.
Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from our side with your return airway bill number, return address as well as the details of the free courier pick-up. In case a free delivery pick-up cannot be arranged at your location, you will be requested to send the product via any courier service and share the receipt with us via email.
Keep the airway bill number handy for the courier pick up. You will have to verify your identity with our courier partner.
Once the order is received by us, you will receive a confirmation email from our side. If the product passes quality checks and qualifies for a refund/exchange, you will be notified via email.
How to cancel an order?

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 72 business hours through the original mode of payment.
